Rehabilitation Care

Rehabilitation care is one of our primary offerings for both day center and in-home care. Because we offer senior rehab services, we are also willing to come to your home and provide a comprehensive therapy schedule. We’re dedicated to helping seniors get their life back by providing on-site doctors as well as a PT plan to help mobility and recovery. Senior rehab care usually comes after our post-op care services so we can help maintain the general health of your loved one.

Post-Op Care

Post-operational senior care services are popular at Elite Home Care since we offer a complete in-home care and day center schedule. Post-op care is the care you receive directly after surgery. If you need a professional caregiver or respite caregiver to help your loved one with post-op care, you can count on us. We can send one of our professionals to your home or we can pick you up and bring you to us. Our on-site physicians can walk you or your caregiver through a comprehensive medication and PT schedule and set you up with activities or a physical therapist that best fits your situation and budget; just ask! Generally, because recovery takes longer the elderly community, we recommend continuing treatment with rehab care.

Does Elite Home Care offer in-home rehabilitation?

Yes. We staff DHEC professionals and on-site physicians who are always willing to put together a therapy and medication schedule for your loved one or in-home caregiver and can come to you to deliver these services.

What’s the difference between post-op care and rehab care?

Post-op care is referred to as the treatment and physical recovery schedule you receive after surgery, whereas rehab care is the continuation of care and maintenance to help aid your recovery back to normal life.

Do you offer PT (Physical Therapy) at Elite Home Care?

While we don’t have a complete PT center on site, we do staff many talented physicians with multiple connections to therapists around the Upstate who would be more than willing to meet with you and whom also provide our team with activities to help aid your recovery.
