In addition to our Conway offering in Horry County, we have acquired and opened a new building in the beautiful Lowcountry of South Carolina. About Our Georgetown Location

Georgetown is the third oldest town in the state of South Carolina, with a humbling population of less than 10,000. Our new location is conveniently located in the middle of town, just off Pawley’s Island on the Winyah Bay; and we’re making it easier than ever to receive top-notch care. We have separated our facility into two sections so we can define age groups that would better interact with each other. • Rehabilitation & Post-Op Care – Our team specializes in senior rehabilitation services after an injury, surgery or medical event. We bring in on-site physicians and can provide transportation to any appointments.
