Welcome to our newest location in Greenwood SC, the heart of Greenwood County! Elite Home Care, Day Centers & Transportation is proud to acquire what was formerly known as Uptown Senior, a medical day program, here in Greenwood. Elite Home Care is South Carolina's fastest growing independent in-home care and adult day care center. Because of the acquisition, Elite Home Care is proud to offer some enhancements to the former Greenwood building to help re-brand the building and add to our list of senior care services.

The new Greenwood SC location is one of 7 South Carolina locations for Elite Home Care & Day Centers. To brand the building appropriately under its new name, Elite Home Care will be adding two major services: in-home care and transportation. To add to the buildings’ previous offerings as an adult day center, Elite Home Care will now bring in DHEC caregivers to assist with in-home care. This means you can now call us for professional caregiving services within your loved one’s home! Whether you’re in need of personal care, companion care, respite care or general rehab assistance, we’re here to help you with it all!

What to Expect at Elite Home Care & Day Centers in Greenwood SC

Our Greenwood facility offers a full range of senior day care services with exceptional amenities. Just like our other locations in Pickens, Laurens, Spartanburg, Conway, Loris and Greer, our Greenwood location will add a dedicated nursing room, therapy rooms, on-site physicians and access to a hot meal and two snacks a day. Not only do we provide exceptional care, but the Greenwood, SC location will undergo a facelift to add specialized environments for ages 18-50 and 50+ to care for cognitive disabilities, Veterans or those in need of PT/rehab care.
